As
apparent from my previous post Fitness Routine, I am not the kind of person who
enjoys exercising a lot. The reason I am currently exercising is to keep the
body moving and healthy.
So
if it’s too difficult to follow I won’t do it. That’s why I prefer this short
duration relaxing Yoga mostly.
At
first I start with one or two exercises that can be done under 5 minutes.
When
I get a bit used to this, I add up another two simple enough to follow ones.
Also
during this time I get myself to exercise initially twice a week, to slowly
increasing it to alternative days and for now 5 days a week I am following.
And
I have installed a habit tracker app on my phone, that way I am reminded to
exercise and also feel good after clicking the done box for the day.
My
current routine is all yoga (which includes a lot of stretching) 5 days a week
and followed by a cup of lukewarm water.
