Part 1 Breathing Exercises

Everyday

Duration 8 mins (twice a day)


Expanding hands and chest while breathing in and out deeply (20 counts)

Moving hands upward while breathing in and out deeply (20 counts)

Pranayam in crossed leg position (20 counts)

Meditation (4 mins)

Part 2 Stretching Exercises

5 days a week

Duration 12 mins


Suryanamaskar (2 times)

Stretching calve muscles on toes (20 counts)

Stretching calve muscles on heels and toes (20 counts)

Stretching calve muscles keeping feet side by side (20 counts)

Neck stretching upward (20 counts)

Neck stretching downward (20 counts)


End with a cup of lukewarm water
