Bedtime Routine

Following my morning routine, my bedtime routine has always been simple. I only have 1-2 parts of my bedtime routine that I have been sticking to for quite a few years and am happy about, rest really I need to learn to do in moderation.

 Bedtime routine starts after dinner hopefully.

After Dinner, our family generally gathers for TV series/movie watching.

Following that by 11:30pm we say our good nights and prepare for bed. (Note not for sleeping yet).

These days my sister and I are into online game “Ludo King” that both of us play almost every alternate night. (With friends/family/cousins)

After that I get up to brush my teeth and wash my face. I am trying to follow a CTM routine for 2 years now.

The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Foaming Cleanser

Lotus Cucumber and Basil Toner

Plum Green Tea Night Gel



 


 


Following that, I do the same breathing exercise routine from morning.

If it’s weekday we watch some videos or play some quiz (kpop/Kdrama) and if its weekend we catch up on the drama that we are currently watching.

By this time it gets quite late but we are still up chatting and telling each other we need to go to sleep, till we do fall asleep in actual.

Anyway, this seems like a what not to do before bed routine list, hoping I improve with time.
